According to the crafts classification, it can be divided into two sorts, as taffeta label and satin label.
Taffeta clothing label: The woven label is like the cloth structure. The simple interweaving of the warp and weft up and down is called the simple taffeta label. In a general way, the warp is fixed, with the color of black or white. Therefore, there is the black taffeta and the white taffeta. The light-colored background label is usually used the white taffeta, while the deep color adopts the black taffeta. The pattern and color of the woven label is mainly expressed by the weft. The representation of the color will be different with the dissimilar crossing effects with the warp. For the limitation of the weft sorts in the general machine, the expressive colors are also limited, generally with 8 kinds. From the above analysis, it is obvious that the composition factors of the price include: Width of the woven label, as the using amount of the warp; Length of the woven label and the length of each color is along the warp direction. In order to rich in the expression details and colors, we can double all wefts, which is named as the bifacial label. If some sample color requires the rich third dimension, we can add another yarn, as the bi-shuttle. Except the washing and size, most adopt the bifacial taffeta label. The pattern of the woven label is expressed by the yarn and it is obviously different with the former taffeta design. As a result, the large goods cannot be produced without the small sample.
Satin woven label: The cloth is produced by the interweaving of the warp and weft. Besides the quality improvement by the double weft, we can double the warp and such craft is namely the satin structure. By doubling the warp, the texture of the woven label will be soft and smooth. After that, the density is too large and the weft is unable to nicely express the pattern and the color of the bottom surface will not be flexible. It cannot be otherwise than relying on the later process to show the certain colors. It is usually fixed for one machine whether it is set to produce the taffeta or satin. The general width of the trimming satin is less than 10.8cm and the selvage is no more than 5.0cm.
